Customer Service Policy
We do not stock everything that is listed on our website. Our website acts as both an online sales point and listing of what we offer. We are updating our listings to better indicate what we keep in stock and what we order for customers. Some items are subject to restricted sale which are shown on the site but require direct sale through our office.Â
Standard delivery timeframes are 1-7 business days for items held in stock. Items that require to be ordered from the Original Equipment Manufacturer usually take 2-3 weeks but may be longer due to production runs or demand.
If an ordered item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.Â
