We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy below.
• Change of mind
Changing your mind or making an incorrect decision does not generally qualify for a refund. We offer a refund, exchange, or store credit only if the goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from what was ordered, or do not perform as advertised.
• How to start a return
Before returning any item, please email us at sales@spearpoint.net.au with your order details and tracking number.
• Return shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods. Returned items must be unused (except for fitting) and must include all original packaging, wrapping, and tags.
• Return period
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns or exchanges requested outside of this period do not qualify.
